I booked this property for 2 days (30 Sep and 1st Oct) to stay with the family. They offered me a 1 BK type room at 10K for two days with two additional beds for Kinds and Breakfast. The approach is good, you can easily find it, just near to the Mega mall, Staff is polite and well behave, there is no common food area however they serve the food at room and the service is quick and food quality and quantity is also met with our expectation. The only area of improvement is the room. Old construction can be managed however it was not well maintained. Few power switches were not working, there is no night lamp, beds are making noise while sleeping, towels quality is pathetic and only handwash in washroom with no shampoo. I think for a short stay, you can consider this property however really need to improve the bed and towel qualities.

The staff took care of all the arrangements as per requested, they were very helpful even after we had arrived. They even helped us blow balloons for my little party and later when I had forgotten some stuff in the fridge after checking …

Vishal is very welcoming and helpful and the overall stay was good. The location is good and near metro station and it is easy to reach there. Did not have a chance to eat food but you can get it delivered very easily and there are a lot of options.

It was an excellent experience , I made bulk booking in hotel on 18 and 19th November'23 for my son's marriage function . The service was very good specially Vishal Kumar front office Manager provided outstanding services and support. |I strongly recommend the hotel for individual and group staying

Perch was an amazing place to stay. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were all clean and tidy. The place is close to a big market place and a metro station so all your needs are well taken care of. |Overall very satisfied with the whole experience.

HAd a lovely stay last week at this property in Gurgaon. Was there for a friends wedding and it all went perfect. The staff here is quite friendly and affable. The food was perfect ( i dont like heavy meals) and our time there went well. It well located, right across from the Marriott. All in all a top stay. Cheers to Perch
